By accessing or using WindsAll (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Using the Marketplace

Listings must be accurate and describe items you have the right to sell. You may not list prohibited, illegal, unsafe, or counterfeit items. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Transactions Between Users

WindsAll provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect. Transactions are between users directly; WindsAll is not a party to the sale, does not take title to any item listed, and does not guarantee the condition, safety, or legality of items listed by users.

Fees

Certain features may be subject to fees, which will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content (including photos and descriptions) you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant WindsAll a license to display and distribute it as part of operating the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting fraudulent listings, harassing other users, or attempting to circumvent the Platform's security or messaging features.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WindsAll is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between users or from use of the Platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local law. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication between the parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
